He has served on several community boards including the Better Business Bureau, BCI Business Council, Young Life, Wichita Falls Human Resources Management, Straight Street and the Arts Council. Kenny was born in the middle of a blizzard in Canyon, Texas. Growing up in the heart of the Texas Panhandle, he learned the value of hard work, community, and the importance of a tight-knit family. As the years passed, Kenny decided to follow the family tradition and attend Midwestern State University. Moving to Wichita Falls ignited Kenny’s personal growth, shaping him into the person he is today and teaching him to appreciate the simple pleasures of life. Kenny graduated with both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration. The knowledge gained from these programs enhanced Kenny’s leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and core understanding of business principles. After years of working at MyStaf Kenny found himself yearning to merge his love for sports with his professional aspirations, it was at that moment when he decided to pursue a second Master’s degree in Sport Management. As he compiled his personal bucket list, one item stood out: attending the University of Florida. The allure of the Gators’ athletic program history combined with their top-tier educational system fueled his determination to make this dream a reality. Kenny graduated with his Master of Science in Sport Management and the experience shaped, inspired and ignited his lifelong desire to be a member of the Gator Nation. Of course, none of this would be possible without the love and support of Kenny’s wife and two daughters. Through the ups and downs, Kenny’s wife has been his partner, confidante, and his greatest supporter. Kenny’s two daughters have made him realize that they are not only blessings in themselves but profound teachers. Teaching him the importance of cherishing every moment, embracing vulnerability, and finding beauty in all the small things.
Forever a Texas gal, Jenny grew up in neighboring Holliday where she received her high school diploma. She attended Vernon College where she received her Business Administrative Assistant certification. Jenny’s years of experience in medical administration have translated well here at MyStaf as a Staffing Consultant. We wanted a super organized boss lady with a shining personality to match, and boy did we get that with her! She’ll be helping our amazing customers find the quality applicants for every position and assisting our candidates in finding that perfect job. She also helps out wherever needed with organizational matters. Total customer-focused engagement is and will continue to be one of her passions and strongest assets. When she’s not scouring Wichita Falls for talented folks who are seeking a rewarding career, Jenny cherishes time spent with her husband Bo, and their sweet little boy Dawson.
Sierra’s passion for helping people can be traced way back to her younger years. Whether as a nursing student at Vernon College or a phlebotomist at United Regional Hospital, she’s had a servant’s heart from the start. The reason? She just loves to make life a little simpler for everyone. That’s why we love her! A native of the Wichita Falls area, Sierra grew up in nearby Henrietta and graduated from school there in 2010. She pursued her passion in the medical field for many years before she had the privilege to raise her children at home until they reached school age. In October of 2021, Sierra joined our team at MyStaf as a Staffing Consultant where she continues to share her compassionate spirit with everyone she meets. When she isn’t coordinating her busy family life outside of work, Sierra loves enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and bird watching!
Mariah joined MyStaf in March of 2023. She grew up in the small town of Rio Vista, Tx. Sher earned her Associates of Science degree and is currently pursuing her ADN/RN degree. In her spare time, Mariah loves to spend time with her children and explore the outdoors. She gets her passion for helping others from her grandmother, who has always been an inspiration in her life. One of Mariah’s strengths is her never ending determination to succeed. Her drive and ambition are what brought her to MyStaf, where she is eager to help her community grow and build relationships along the way.
Born and raised in Wichita Falls, Ali has always had a passion for helping people. She first started working at Chick-Fil-A, where she learned the true value of customer service. From there she had the opportunity to work at the Wichita Falls Country Club Tennis Shop, where her passion for tennis and all things sports could really shine. Having worked at the tennis shop for four years, Ali learned the importance of building relationships with the people you work with. Ali is currently attending college pursuing her Associate’s degree in Teaching from Vernon College, where she hopes to graduate in 2024. When she is not working, Ali enjoys watching her favorite tv shows, listening to music, and spending time with her family!
Back Office Coordinator
Sam joined the MyStaf team in June 2017. What started as a temporary internship, ended up turning into an unexpected and exciting career in the staffing industry! She graduated from Wichita Falls High School and obtained her Associates degree in Administrative Office Technology from Vernon College in 2018. Prior to working at MyStaf, she worked at her locally owned family business, Wear It Again Sam, a children’s resale shop, for 4 years. She also previously worked as a sales associate at Dillard’s for 2 years. When she is not working, Sam loves to watch movies, read, take her dog on walks, and spend time her family and friends.
Nikki, a self-proclaimed behind-the-scenes kind of person, has always shied away from the spotlight. She has an aversion to pictures and finds it challenging to talk about herself. However, there are a few intriguing details that give us a glimpse into her life.
As a devoted mother, Nikki takes pride in being the mom of three actual children, although she playfully adds that the count goes up to six if you include her significant other and their two adorable weenie dogs. Family holds great importance to her, and she cherishes the joy and adventure that comes with being a parent.
Nikki possesses an adventurous spirit, constantly seeking new experiences and challenges. She believes in pushing boundaries and proving doubters wrong. One such endeavor involves her determination to make bread with ice cream, a unique and perhaps unconventional ambition that reflects her creative thinking and determination to defy expectations.
In the words of the legendary band Journey, Nikki draws inspiration from their iconic song “Don’t Stop Believin’.” This anthem serves as a reminder to remain steadfast in her pursuits and to maintain a positive outlook despite any obstacles or doubts that may come her way. Nikki joined the MyStaf family in June of 2023 as the Front Office Coordinator and we know that she will greet each and every person who enters the office with the warmest and most welcoming smile you have ever seen!
