Kenny Weeks
President
Kenny was born in the middle of a blizzard in Canyon, Texas. Growing up in the heart of the Texas Panhandle, he learned the value of hard work, community, and the importance of a tight-knit family. As the years passed, Kenny decided to follow the family tradition and attend Midwestern State University. Moving to Wichita Falls ignited Kenny’s personal growth, shaping him into the person he is today and teaching him to appreciate the simple pleasures of life. Kenny graduated with both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Administration. The knowledge gained from these programs enhanced Kenny’s leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and core understanding of business principles. After years of working at MyStaf Kenny found himself yearning to merge his love for sports with his professional aspirations, it was at that moment when he decided to pursue a second Master’s degree in Sport Management. As he compiled his personal bucket list, one item stood out: attending the University of Florida. The allure of the Gators’ athletic program history combined with their top-tier educational system fueled his determination to make this dream a reality. Kenny graduated with his Master of Science in Sport Management and the experience shaped, inspired and ignited his lifelong desire to be a member of the Gator Nation. Of course, none of this would be possible without the love and support of Kenny’s wife and two daughters. Through the ups and downs, Kenny’s wife has been his partner, confidante, and his greatest supporter. Kenny’s two daughters have made him realize that they are not only blessings in themselves but profound teachers. Teaching him the importance of cherishing every moment, embracing vulnerability, and finding beauty in all the small things.
Jenny Bateman
Staffing Coordinator
Forever a Texas gal, Jenny grew up in neighboring Holliday where she received her high school diploma. She attended Vernon College where she received her Business Administrative Assistant certification. Jenny’s years of experience in medical administration have translated well here at MyStaf as a Staffing Consultant. We wanted a super organized boss lady with a shining personality to match, and boy did we get that with her! She’ll be helping our amazing customers find the quality applicants for every position and assisting our candidates in finding that perfect job. She also helps out wherever needed with organizational matters. Total customer-focused engagement is and will continue to be one of her passions and strongest assets. When she’s not scouring Wichita Falls for talented folks who are seeking a rewarding career, Jenny cherishes time spent with her husband Bo, and their sweet little boy Dawson.
Sierra Meurer
Staffing Coordinator
Sierra’s passion for helping people can be traced way back to her younger years. Whether as a nursing student at Vernon College or a phlebotomist at United Regional Hospital, she’s had a servant’s heart from the start. The reason? She just loves to make life a little simpler for everyone. That’s why we love her! A native of the Wichita Falls area, Sierra grew up in nearby Henrietta and graduated from school there in 2010. She pursued her passion in the medical field for many years before she had the privilege to raise her children at home until they reached school age. In October of 2021, Sierra joined our team at MyStaf as a Staffing Consultant where she continues to share her compassionate spirit with everyone she meets. When she isn’t coordinating her busy family life outside of work, Sierra loves enjoying the outdoors, traveling, and bird watching!
