What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by MyStaf?

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person; sometimes, that’s not clear until the person is working. Our temporary- to-hire program allows you to see an employee in the work setting and evaluating them before extending an employment offer.

If you are not satisfied with an employee, we can replace them. We also offer direct hire and payrolling services if that suits your company’s needs better.

Who pays the employees?

As the employer of record, MyStaf pays the employees, provides workers compensation insurance, and takes care of all payroll taxes. Employees are paid weekly, and clients are billed weekly. If you find a candidate through your own recruitment process, you may still assign them to MyStaf’s payroll at a discounted rate. This makes it easy to utilize employees for short-term workload demands and seasonal help, and it takes the hassle out of the payroll process if the employee does not work out.

Does MyStaf participate in E-Verify?

Yes, MyStaf utilizes E-Verify to ensure that all employees are eligible to work in the United States.

How long would a normal temporary job last?

The length of a temporary assignment is completely dependent on the customer and the job at hand. Temp-to-hire employees are eligible for hire after working 520 hours on our payroll. Temporary or payrolling positions can last as little as a few days or indefinitely, depending on the clients needs.
